Shifter: Interactive Graphic Novel App Reviews

I got this and apparently its a story by looking at other comments. I have no idea what its about cause it keeps crashing after I click "start". Please fix this as I may be interested in reading further into it. Dont give up this might be a good app but for now I see no use in it.

Worth spending time on

Good app. I bought all the chapter. It is great to read in this way. Hope that there is a longer story for next book.

I downloaded this graphic novel at random and I was hooked from the first page! Its such a cerebral experience and such an intriguing story that you have to unlock all of the chapters. Trust me, you wont be disappointed.

Good storyline hate that you have to pay for the whole story though other than that really well executed

I love that the animation forces me to slow down and appreciate the graphics. Story is interesting. Really enjoy the experience.

Voice acting (esp. by Wil Wheaton) was a treat.

Hooked until the end....this calls for a sequel. Just loved it.

Interesting novel

The app will open but once I try to skip the tutorial it closes everytime :( please fix sounds like an interesting app!

I will be buying the entire thing! Its one of the most amazing stories I have ever heard!

The art is beautiful and more importantly, suited for a graphic novel. The info panels are inspired. Long ago, like the 1990s, the early internet got people thinking about hypertext. Now we have an interactive graphic novel. Why stop with panels? Lets leverage the whole World Wide Web. But I digress, "Shifter" has more going for it than a typical motion comic. The voice acting is well done, especially Wesley Crusher and "Jeeves". The dialogue, for the most part, is terrible. Comic book dialogue has fallen into a decade long rut of expository conversation and self deprecation. Who talks like that? Seems like there should be a market for freelance dialogue consultants. Fortunately, as a whole, "Shifter" is excellent. Though its not perfect, I am giving it 5 stars lest anyone believe a lower rating means it is not worth their time and money. It certainly is.

The graphics are great, and the storyline is interesting! Taking my time slowly to enjoy this, haha.

Surprisingly :) I never thought it would go this much far .. I really loved it and couldnt stop it.. Well Done .. This work is FREAKIN AWESOME .. And the money that I payed is WORTH IT ❤️❤️❤️

Im no comic expert, but I am liking it and curious to see where it goes. Wil Wheaton definitely adds to the awesome in my book, but the underlying story is compelling.

I have nothing else to say but awesome. This sets the bar to a whole different heights for graphic novels and comics. Buy this app... BUY THIS APP! Its worth it.

When I misplaced the device I had downloaded the entire novel to, I was then unable to finish the novel.

This was my first interactive novel, and I really enjoyed it! The graphics are rally good but sometimes it seemed sloppy. Overall I would love to read more.
