Это даже не игра, а жалкий комикс. У меня нет слов выразить это приложение. Одним словом не скачивайте. К тому же всё на английском.

Мне кажется, в статике этот комикс смотрелся бы более выгодно. Анимированные комиксы видали и получше

Здесь прекрасно все! Красивая и качественная графика, интересный и захватывающий сюжет, отличная озвучка. Интересно сделаны инфо вставки - так должны быть сделаны все книги, тогда учиться будет круто и интересно, а не скучно и нудно. Жаль нет больше подобных приложений :(

Как и Anomaly, другой интерактивной книжки этой же кампании, у этой есть та же проблема: вылетает через несколько экранов. Попробуй, почитай, если всё время надо загружаться.

Очень интересный сюжетно, великолепно озвученный комикс. Так увлекаешься, что забываешь, что он на английском. Для тренировки языкового скила самое то.

I picked up a cool sticker at Comicon from Anomaly. I agree with reviewers 2-5 and will share it with students and friends.

I had an interactive story app a while ago that no longer exists. I've been looking for something similar but this one (so far) doesn't let me make choices for the characters. But I do like the story and will continue to read it.

Like Anomaly, this is fun to read and dive into the Interactive bits and pieces found throughout the story. The artwork is wonderful and the story is a good one. In partnership with Image Comics you can find another science fiction story called "Faster Than Light" that is also fun and intriguing. All in all, a fun breakthrough for graphic novels.

I give this app ZERO STARS but the lowest I am allowed to give it is one. A couple of months ago one of my favorite apps went missing, and at the exact same time a brown square with the caption "waiting . . ." appeared. I was not able to delete it. There was no "x" in the upper left corner. A couple of months later, "waiting" changed to "Shifter: int". I deleted it and found myself looking at a screen in the App Store featuring "Shifter: interactive graphic novel". I never downloaded that app. After a few emails to my favorite app--the one that had mysteriously disappeared--I finally have it back.

This format has a lot of potential. The interactive part amounts to hitting a forward arrow to advance to the next page which I turned off, letting the story flow automatically which made for a much nicer experience. The story was a bit lackluster, but the artwork is first rate as is voice work. A nice story for young ones as it is not graphically violent. Say age 10 and up. I would like to see this format take off as a new way to experience comics.

A fun and imaginative read combining elements of NCIS, superheroes, historical fiction, dinosaurs and classic sci-fi. Reads like a good Hollywood movie. Ha ha. Not great literature but will inspire interesting questions on the nature of good and evil.

The story seems very interesting but every image is cut off on the iPhone 6plus the words are also cut off so I can't see the entire image please fix this so I can read the graphic novel I've heard about

For .99 cents, this is an outstanding deal. It's a great book with a great, and incredibly unique storyline. I'm not impressed with some of the lesser character voice acting, but Wheatons voice more than makes up for them. High praise! I wish SO much there was a way they could expand on the story.

I'm disappointed that I can only read the words. Advice?

I didn't really know what to expect getting this graphic, but now that I've seen the entire novel, I'm really glad I got it. First, the art is lovely and the style is great; they were like paintings which I really liked. Also, all of the sounds, voice acting and music really fit together, like threads perfectly woven together to create the net that is Shifter. The story telling, I thought, was good and kept me interested throughout. Noah's development was really well done, making him my favorite character (I also really liked Jeeves), and the story itself was very fascinating. Had a good theme, too. Now, I don't want to be too detailed, so I'll just say that what Noah is able to do is really neat. I'd also like to say that I appreciate everything being optional (words, sound, etc.) because turning off touch points, for me, let the story flow better. Although, I am glad they were all recorded because I would like to read all of them later. Overall, this was a very exciting experience; I saw the entire thing this morning and I enjoyed every moment. I recommend this to anyone who wants to have their mind opened or just experience something new.

I bought the whole book and downloaded to my iPod 6.1. Opened the app and a prompt came on the screen saying my device wasn't supported. Went ahead with it anyway and it crashed. Uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted and now it's making me buy the book again. What a rip.

This story is the best way to experience a graphic novel! A very new experience for me. I never usually do ratings, but this was such a unique experience for me, I had to share my appreciation with everyone. Not only are the graphics beautiful and revealing, the acting of the voices just adds for a very rich environment. I loved it.

Beautiful artwork, delightful background sounds & effects, nice voice acting. Great storytelling. Well worth three times the current price.

I am enjoying the novel, but touching the info points chaises the whole app to crash.

Even though you have to pay for the rest of the chapters, it is a cool app. I eagerly await more stories like this.

Won't let me begin. Looks cool as heck but crashes out before I get to the first page. I've tried redownloading it and restarting my device to no avail.

The interactive information and the art are well done. But this is an obviously politically bent story meant to persuade and influence the reader. Honest advertising of such content would have been more on the up and up, but then how would those wanting to shape minds of mush into there idea of of well in tuned minds to their causes but to be sneaky in the attempt to brainwash unsuspecting readers. Also, I think it is trashy to sell each chapter separately adding up the cost instead of offering one low price. Must be sending the cash on to the PC groups that support such mind washing techniques.

This is really entertaining and the artwork is beautiful !

Right now I am halfway through, and I'm really loving it. The storyline has slowly drawn me in; the artwork is gorgeous; voice acting is the icing on the cake. This is right up my alley! I seriously hope this company puts out many more of these digital comics, because I'd buy every single one.

This was my first interactive novel, and I really enjoyed it! The graphics are rally good but sometimes it seemed sloppy. Overall I would love to read more.

When I misplaced the device I had downloaded the entire novel to, I was then unable to finish the novel.

I have nothing else to say but awesome. This sets the bar to a whole different heights for graphic novels and comics. Buy this app... BUY THIS APP! It's worth it.

I'm no comic expert, but I am liking it and curious to see where it goes. Wil Wheaton definitely adds to the awesome in my book, but the underlying story is compelling.

The graphics are great, and the storyline is interesting! Taking my time slowly to enjoy this, haha.

The art is beautiful and more importantly, suited for a graphic novel. The info panels are inspired. Long ago, like the 1990s, the early internet got people thinking about hypertext. Now we have an interactive graphic novel. Why stop with panels? Let's leverage the whole World Wide Web. But I digress, "Shifter" has more going for it than a typical motion comic. The voice acting is well done, especially Wesley Crusher and "Jeeves". The dialogue, for the most part, is terrible. Comic book dialogue has fallen into a decade long rut of expository conversation and self deprecation. Who talks like that? Seems like there should be a market for freelance dialogue consultants. Fortunately, as a whole, "Shifter" is excellent. Though it's not perfect, I am giving it 5 stars lest anyone believe a lower rating means it is not worth their time and money. It certainly is.

The app will open but once I try to skip the tutorial it closes everytime :( please fix sounds like an interesting app!

Hooked until the end....this calls for a sequel. Just loved it.

I downloaded this graphic novel at random and I was hooked from the first page! It's such a cerebral experience and such an intriguing story that you have to unlock all of the chapters. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Good app. I bought all the chapter. It is great to read in this way. Hope that there is a longer story for next book.

Worth spending time on

I got this and apparently it's a story by looking at other comments. I have no idea what it's about cause it keeps crashing after I click "start". Please fix this as I may be interested in reading further into it. Don't give up this might be a good app but for now I see no use in it.

What I feel is that this is an amazing story an I can tell a lot of thought was put into it. The illustrations were beautiful, the action was good but a little fast to finish. How the story itself moved was creative and I loved every minute of it. The only thing is, I'm an avid adventure book reader, and I appreciated every moment of this one and it made me think, but when I got to the end, I had a feeling of "that's it" I wanted more. I'm not complaining about the price I was just hoping that there was a little more to the story that what was written here.

That that it would be an interactive game like The Walking Dead!

I love it.

I sat and experienced the entire graphic novel/ edutainment from beginning to end today. The graphics were really well done, loved the short chunks of extra information available if you wanted to access it (loved that extra info was a choice) and the story had some unique twists and turns I wasn't expecting. One thing I thought the main character didn't do but should have asked 'why me? How is it that I'm here?'. Just a very different type of story telling that was worth experiencing on a Sunday afternoon. I would buy the next story put out by this company.
